Israeli couscous with pan fried basa fish

Craving for some crabs. My first attempt to try Israeli couscous. Very interesting texture. It’s nothing like the small typical couscous. Served with salad.

Israeli couscous cooked from left over fennel braise liquid (chicken stock) from yesterday’s dinner.

Basa fish pan fried with olive oil and paprika garlic mix.
